Why Freeman Dawson?
Why should I chose Freeman Dawson? There are two
questions which you should ask any surveyor, firstly what are
your qualifications (FD surveyors are qualified and
experienced) and secondly are you paid on commission (FD
surveyors are not). From the answers you can draw your own
conclusions (does pensions mis-selling ring a bell here?). What
sort of report will you get? FD reports are prepared on an
individual basis by each surveyor and the duty of care we owe
our clients is taken very seriously. We will often comment on
something we feel should be drawn to your attention perhaps
recommending a structural opinion for example.
Our aim is to protect your property with the most effective
measures at the right price. We use our experience to your
advantage bringing an informed and innovative approach to the
problems we encounter. We undertake Resin repairs to timbers
and masonry and repairs to Timber framed buildings including
Lime rendering. We are constantly reviewing techniques and
products in an attempt to improve the service we give.
One example of our attitude to our business is to invite

problems to which we will reply as soon as possible. From time
to time we hope to provide information on various subjects
which will be of interest to you and may stimulate debate. You

Common Furniture Beetle infestations do not require any
treatment, we do not follow the herd.
Our operational area covers a 100 mile radius from our base
in High Wycombe but we are prepared to travel further to carry
out surveys and act as consultants if required.
